An insight into our open day, how it went, key learnings and exactly what we got up to!
We were thrilled to host our recent open day masterclass. As a leading POS provider, we're passionate about sharing our knowledge and expertise with our valued clients and partners. The masterclass was a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase our latest innovations and demonstrate how our POS systems can help businesses of all sizes to streamline their operations and boost their profits. We were delighted to see so many attendees eager to learn and engage with our team of experts as well as network with some of our amazing clients.
During the masterclass, we highlighted the importance of customization and integration when it comes to choosing a POS system. With Key speaker Nick Widdowson from ShopperFirst and POPAI teaching us all the importance of POS placement, colour and design with scientific evidence of how brains interact to them! Nick also dove into the world of trends and how his experience has led him to fully understanding how shoppers think. The day was full of interaction with QR code generated AI, factory tours and a hand assembly challenge, our guests certainly had a lot to do! All of which were designed to showcase a small part of our day to day operations to give deeper understanding to our clients about our ways of working. Our team members were on hand to answer questions and provide valuable insights into what it's like to work with us and it was amazing to showcase all the hard work our team does.
The day was topped off with an insightful talk by our very own Claudia Rivinius who explored the uses of AI, how to win in retail using AR display rendering and the sustainability potential of redressable displays loved by retailers like Boots and Superdrug. Overall, the open day masterclass was a resounding success, and we're grateful to all those who attended.
