All our suppliers have passed independent testing, certification and environmental audits including SEDEX, FSC and EcoVadis.

Do I have to know exactly what I want before I get in touch?
Not at all. Some clients arrive with a precise spec, others with a launch date and a budget. We can curate a shortlist of options that suit your audience and spend, or develop a bespoke concept with our suppliers.
Will it match our brand guidelines?
Yes. This is one of the biggest advantages of working with us in this way: colour, finish and construction are matched to your master artwork, with no approximations. Because we’re well-versed and well-familiar with all the brands we work with, we can provide guidance where needed, and make sure everything is on-brand.
How is this different from ordering through a promotional merchandise agency?
Most merchandise passes through an agency, an intermediary and an agent before it reaches a factory. We go direct to factory, through our partners in Hong Kong and mainland China. That means fewer hands, a full paper trail and one team accountable from concept to delivery.
